Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for choosing SpeechTurbo. We sell prepaid digital consumables ("Turbo Credits") that allocate ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) cloud computing resources when you transcribe audio or video.

Digital Goods — Final Sale Upon Use

Due to the immediate allocation and real-time consumption of ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) cloud computing resources, all purchased credits are consumed instantly upon service utilization. Therefore, all sales of power credit packages are final and strictly non-refundable once any credits have been used for transcription. This policy protects against fraudulent chargebacks on consumed compute and is disclosed before every purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds (Unused Purchases Only)

The only exception is a full refund within 7 days when no credits from that order have been used:

  • Unused Credits Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if your Turbo Credits from that specific transaction remain 100% untouched (balance exactly equal to the amount credited by that order).
  • Consumption Lock: Once you initiate any transcription task (Flash or Premium Mode), even for a 1-minute clip, the order is deemed consumed and becomes strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • No Partial Refunds: After any consumption on an order, no pro-rata refund is available for remaining credits.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from your registered billing email within the 7-day window. Include your Paddle transaction ID or order reference. Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Any Turbo Credits consumed, including failed jobs that still incurred GPU processing.
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
  • Credits expired under the 365-day validity policy.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable payment network rules.
